Project Overview and Context

Marathon Equipment Inc. specializes in manufacturing asphalt repair equipment for clients and dealers across Canada and beyond.

After the success of the interactive product cards I designed for their website, a new challenge emerged—users wanted more in-depth details on each machine, including features, add-ons, associated parts, and case studies. However, expanding the product cards directly would overload the page, leading to a poor user experience.

My Solution

To address the problems, I developed a dedicated Learn More page, giving users a seamless way to explore detailed product information without compromising usability.

My Tasks

01

Structure Sales Information Clearly

Organize product details in a way that is easy to read and navigate.

02

Optimize Data Presentation

Ensure users can view each model’s sales information without feeling overwhelmed.

03

Incorporate Case Studies

Highlight real-world success stories to showcase the benefits of Marathon’s equipment.

04

Enhance User Experience

Implement dynamic loading so users can access new information without refreshing the page or leaving the website.

Outcome
& Impact

The Learn More pages have transformed how Marathon Equipment presents product information, improving user experience, engagement, and sales conversion. Since launch, they have attracted an average of 250 users per month, capturing 10% of the target market even during the business’s low season.

Beyond engagement, these pages have become a key resource for sales and dealer teams, equipping them with critical product insights to convert leads and expand Marathon’s dealership network. The seamless navigation and dynamic loading further enhance usability, ensuring a frictionless browsing experience.
